Responsibilities:
· Excellent data management skills, adept at handling every aspect of data management
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and sift through in-house and external data to derive actionable business intelligence
· End-to-end management of market research projects(internal / external) required by the business
· Adept at presenting actional business insights with the top management
· Work with marketing team to implement the actionable business insights generated
· Be the internal SPOC for relevant business data management and generate insights and take them to point of execution
· Actively gather competitive intelligence insights and share with the team and ensure speedy course correction (if needed)
Required Competencies:
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS office applications
· Adept at using best tools to present the data and analysis in a succinct manner
· Excellent data gathering skills(Internet / desk research and primary research)
· Excellent communication skills
· Work both independently and in across-functional team environment.
· Work independently on assigned tasks, i.e., plan, organize, delegate, problem solve and meet established deadlines.
· Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
